Experienced Real Estate Sales Executive

About the role

Truevisory Realty is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales across the NCR region. The role involves managing listings, guiding buyers and investors, and delivering high‑quality advisory services in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the NCR real‑estate market.
• Manage property listings, conduct site visits and present properties to potential buyers and investors.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, providing consultations and market insights.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts and ensure smooth closing of transactions in line with company guidelines.
• Stay updated on local market trends, coordinate with internal teams and developers, and ensure compliance with regulations and accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with solid knowledge of real‑estate and property law.
• Proven sales track record, including lead generation, negotiation and deal closure.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong communication abilities in English and relevant local languages.
• Experience in the NCR real‑estate market with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Organizational and time‑management skills, flexible to work on‑site with weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools; familiarity with digital‑marketing or property‑portal platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field; professional certifications are advantageous.
