Experienced Cafe Manager

About the role

Grub Foods is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to lead daily operations at its Bengaluru location. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on delivering high‑quality food, excellent service, and efficient cafe performance while aligning with the company’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all cafe activities, including staff scheduling, supervision, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and control costs.
• Monitor sales performance and implement promotional activities to boost footfall and revenue.
• Handle guest interactions, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with central operations and culinary teams to align offerings with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Proven experience managing a cafe, restaurant, or similar food‑service outlet.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and basic inventory management.
• Ability to lead, motivate teams, plan shifts, and manage performance.
• Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, food‑service management, or a related field preferred.
