Executive/Sr Executive – Resource Management (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

The Resource Management team at Deloitte India is looking for an Executive or Senior Executive to lead end‑to‑end contract‑to‑hire processes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners to ensure the right talent is allocated to client projects efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full contract‑to‑hire lifecycle within the Resource Management team.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, vendors, and internal partners.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and other functions to align contracts with business needs.
• Maintain and update the contract repository ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare contract status reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor variances between planned, scheduled, and actual staffing to optimise utilisation.

Required profile

• MBA preferred and experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
• Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information and manage escalations.
• Detail‑oriented, positive attitude and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Team player who can support and collaborate with colleagues.
