Executive – Transaction Services

About the role

Join Deloitte's Transaction Services team as an Executive, where you will support cross‑border deals and help clients navigate complex financial transactions. You will work closely with senior staff to deliver high‑quality analysis and client‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Develop an understanding of target businesses and their drivers.
• Assess data accuracy, follow up with clients and third parties, and resolve anomalies.
• Perform financial analysis on provided data and identify key issues.
• Interpret publicly available information on target businesses.
• Prepare deliverables, including Excel models and PowerPoint presentations, within agreed timelines.
• Report findings and issues to managers promptly.
• Support a variety of deals across multiple industry verticals.
• Represent Deloitte Transaction Services to establish credibility with clients.
• Assist with proposals and business development activities.

Required profile

• Graduation or post‑graduation degree, CA Inter, ACCA, CFA or similar qualification.
• 0‑1 year of relevant post‑qualification experience.
• Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
• Hybrid working model as the default arrangement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Indian GAAP and IFRS (advantage).
• Audit or articleship experience (advantage).
• Transaction‑related exposure (advantage).
