Executive - Training Scheduling and Planning

About the role

The Executive – Training Scheduling and Planning will coordinate and optimise the delivery of wet and dry flight training courses at Airbus India Training Centre. Reporting to the Training Operations Manager, the role ensures seamless scheduling of classrooms, instructors, equipment and regulatory compliance for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate wet (flight) and dry (classroom) training slots, managing facility and instructor bookings.
• Coordinate with Central Operations, Simulation devices team and Quality to ensure equipment availability and maintenance.
• Handle trainee registration, prerequisite verification, regulatory approvals and preparation of training documentation.
• Monitor progress of remote e‑learning courses, provide updates to customers and resolve any training disruptions.
• Prepare course certificates, licensing paperwork and archive trainee records in line with company procedures.
• Participate in improvement projects and support internal audits related to training operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in airline operations or training services.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and collaborate in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
