Executive – Technical Services (Customer Support)

About the role

The Executive – Technical Services will act as the primary technical liaison for OEM customers in the Delhi NCR region, ensuring product performance, supporting sales targets and driving continuous improvement on production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, consolidate and prioritize customer technical requirements such as performance specifications and customization needs.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans in collaboration with the laboratory and product development teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
• Align technical standards across production lines, regions and cross‑functional teams (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain).
• Prepare detailed technical reports, including root‑cause analyses, corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with the Color Lab and Product Development to deliver customized solutions (color matching, formulation adjustments).
• Support the commercialization of new coating products by providing technical expertise during customer trials and validation.

Required profile

• Strong background in technical service or support for industrial coating products.
• Experience working with OEM customers and managing technical specifications.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and problem solving.
