Executive – Site Operations

About the role

SmartQ is seeking an Executive – Site Operations to lead daily food‑court activities, ensure seamless service delivery and accelerate adoption of its digital ordering platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors and on‑ground teams, driving operational excellence in a fast‑paced food‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the SmartQ Ordering App, explain its benefits and guide users to download and use it.
• Assist customers without the app in placing orders and processing payments via digital wallets.
• Coordinate daily with food partners to update menu items and ensure changes are reflected on the app, including push notifications and banner updates.
• Conduct café hygiene checks, perform hourly governance reviews, and promptly address any issues.
• Report incidents, accidents or near‑misses to the reporting manager.
• Maintain a positive work environment and ensure high‑quality, timely service delivery.
• Collect regular feedback from employees and clients at cafeterias.
• Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements for displays, counters and service areas.
• Monitor overall cafeteria performance and implement improvements as needed.
