Executive / Senior Executive – Maintenance

About the role

KONE India is looking for a competent service professional to perform on‑site service operations in accordance with service contracts, company policies and KONE processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction through quality service, proactive communication and accurate real‑time reporting.
• Maintain equipment safety and performance, and oversee the site environment during service operations.
• Identify and communicate site risks, take immediate action on high‑risk situations and follow escalation procedures.
• Execute planned maintenance, call‑outs and unplanned service repairs while respecting schedules and quality standards.
• Plan workload in coordination with the service supervisor and raise sales leads when appropriate.
• Maintain and manage proximity stock, request spare parts and keep service tooling, van and instruments in good condition.

Required profile

• Competent service professional with strong customer‑relationship management skills.
• Ability to work safely on‑site, follow maintenance and safety instructions and handle equipment and stock responsibly.
