Executive Sales Representative – Travel Solutions

About the role

EUFRO Travel is seeking an Executive Sales Representative to lead sales and revenue growth for its European, Scandinavian and UK travel offerings. Based in New Delhi, you will work on‑site with a dynamic, international team to deliver end‑to‑end travel solutions for corporate and retail clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and acquire new corporate and retail clients.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through tailored travel proposals.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and contracts with clients and partners.
• Coordinate closely with operations, product and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, keep the sales pipeline and CRM records up to date.
• Participate in promotional events, partner meetings and industry exhibitions.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in travel or tourism.
• Strong customer‑relationship management skills and experience with CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Good knowledge of European, Scandinavian and UK travel destinations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality or related field.
• Results‑driven mindset with flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.
