Executive - Sales Coordination

About the role

The Executive – Sales Coordination will manage the daily operations of the sales office and support the sales team in achieving their targets. This role ensures smooth administrative flow, accurate reporting, and effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the sales office, handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Assist sales personnel with routine activities and documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports covering sales forecasts, order intake, quotations and related metrics, coordinating closely with the sales team.
• Maintain comprehensive files, records and documents, and act as a point of contact for agencies, customers and government bodies.
• Manage general office functions such as telephone systems, office upkeep, stationery supplies and branch accounting.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in sales coordination or branch office administration.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to present information clearly using MS Office tools.
