Executive – Operations & Logistics Coordination

About the role

The Executive will act as a central hub coordinating sales, production, warehouse, and logistics functions to ensure timely material dispatch and order fulfillment. This role supports customers throughout the order lifecycle, from entry to delivery, and assists in maintaining smooth operational flow across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, PPC, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to support timely material dispatch.
• Receive and accurately process customer orders for production release.
• Share Expected Date of Delivery (EDD) updates with Sales and customers as directed.
• Track pending orders, follow up internally, and assist in order prioritization.
• Attend customer calls to handle priority or urgent requirements.
• Resolve customer complaints related to material quantity, dispatch delays, and transportation issues.
• Support release of process orders based on truck availability, loading capacity, and stock position.
• Coordinate material movement, loading, and dispatch activities with Warehouse & Logistics.
• Maintain daily stock and dispatch reports and supervise loading practices.
• Assist in export dispatch coordination, container stuffing, and related documentation.
• Participate in initiatives such as 5S, WCM, QMS, and Safety.
• Perform SAP activities including order tracking, stock updates, and finished‑goods material support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or operations coordination.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, production, and warehouse teams.
• Strong attention to detail for order entry and dispatch documentation.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
