About the role

The Executive Operations role at Maersk involves managing and executing inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities across a variety of facilities, including container freight stations, yards, inland depots and bonded warehouses.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute inventory handling, storage and order fulfilment in owned or operated warehouses.
• Coordinate distribution activities, working with carrier management to ensure timely delivery.
• Support administrative functions by performing skilled technical, administrative or operational tasks.
• Execute specialised work for operations, ranging from entry‑level tasks to more experienced contributions.
• Apply standard operating procedures while having the flexibility to deviate when problem‑solving is required.

Required profile

• Little or no prior work experience in logistics or warehouse operations; able to follow short explanations and simple instructions.
• Works well under close supervision, following well‑defined processes and routines.
• Capable of performing highly specific tasks with limited scope and responsibility.
• Willing to develop technical or practical knowledge on the job.
