About the role

The Executive Maintenance position at KONE in Gurgaon focuses on delivering high‑quality lift service, ensuring equipment safety and performance, and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive on‑site communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer satisfaction by providing accurate on‑site updates (call‑out ETA, job performed) and real‑time back‑reporting of work.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, site contacts, and end‑users, applying an ambassador attitude.
• Ensure equipment safety, performance, and compliance with maintenance and safety instructions.
• Identify site risks, communicate them to the supervisor, and take immediate action when high‑risk situations arise.
• Plan and execute service visits—including planned maintenance, call‑outs, and unplanned repairs—within schedule and quality standards.
• Handle inventory management, stock transfers, and spare part requests to keep the proximity stock adequately supplied.
• Maintain service tooling, van, and instruments in safe and good condition.
• Provide regular updates to the supervisor, raise sales leads, and submit accurate timesheets.
• Contribute feedback for continuous improvement of products, methods, and safety practices.
