Executive Loss Prevention Officer

About the role

The Executive Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for safeguarding the property, guests, and employees by preventing theft, ensuring safety, and responding to emergencies. This full‑time, onsite position requires vigilance, strong communication, and the ability to act quickly under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and control access to restricted zones.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorise and document entry to secured areas.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations and key‑control audits.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
• Prepare accurate incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage laws.
• Support management in training, coaching, and upholding the company’s Fair Treatment policy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional licensing may be required in some states.
• Proven experience in loss prevention, security, or related safety roles.
• Ability to remain calm, think clearly, and act decisively during emergencies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
