Executive IT Helpdesk – Windows System Administrator

About the role

IRISIRIS RegTech Solutions Limited is seeking an Executive – IT Helpdesk to manage and support its Windows‑based infrastructure. The role is based onsite in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai and requires 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience with server administration and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments.
• Manage server roles such as DHCP, DNS, IIS and File Services, including routine patching and upgrades.
• Administer Active Directory – user accounts, groups, GPOs, OU structures and DNS zones.
• Deploy and monitor web applications on IIS, ensuring performance and security.
• Install, configure and maintain MS SQL Server instances, perform backups, restores and performance tuning.
• Use monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, SCOM, Nagios) to set alerts, generate dashboards and produce audit reports.
• Implement security best practices, manage antivirus, firewall and endpoint protection, and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in Windows system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and GPO management.
• Hands‑on experience with IIS and MS SQL Server administration.
• Familiarity with monitoring solutions such as SolarWinds, PRTG, SCOM or Nagios.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts at the client site (RBI Belapur).
