About the role
The Executive Internal Audit position is based in Bengaluru and reports to the Internal Audit Manager. It supports the audit function of United Breweries Ltd., a leading player in the food and beverage sector. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Perform audits diligently from planning through reporting.
- Follow up with process owners to ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Conduct investigations and management reviews as required.
- Drive special projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives for the internal audit function.
- Collaborate with project‑specific staff support when necessary.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- 1‑2 years of experience in internal audit or a related field.
- Individual contributor with the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of a Data Analytics tool.
- Familiarity with SAP.
