Executive Installer (MOD)

About the role

KONE is looking for an Executive Installer (MOD) to lead on‑site installation activities while ensuring the highest safety standards and quality outcomes. You will act as the main point of contact for customers during daily installation tasks and work closely with the Field Supervisor to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Apply proactive safety practices, including STOP and GO principles, to identify and mitigate risks on site.
• Coordinate daily installation activities with customers and maintain continuous communication with the Field Supervisor.
• Receive, inspect, and store materials securely, ensuring proper handling of delivered equipment.
• Execute installations according to KONE’s predefined methods, AM instructions, and schedules.
• Report installation progress regularly to the Field Supervisor and keep tooling safe and well‑maintained.
• Provide quality feedback, contribute to product improvement, and react swiftly to unexpected events.
• Apply lean principles to minimise interruptions and actively participate in huddle initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to on‑site safety and proactive risk identification.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and internal coordination.
• Ability to manage material reception, storage, and equipment security.
• Familiarity with following detailed installation instructions and schedules.
• Proactive attitude toward quality feedback and continuous improvement.
• Capability to work under pressure and respond quickly to unforeseen situations.
