About the role
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the housekeeping department, aligning with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house non‑kitchen spaces.
- Manage the laundry and dry‑cleaning operations, including hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry.
- Ensure departmental performance meets Hyatt brand standards and corporate objectives.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, schedule work, and monitor quality control.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum two years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a large hotel operation.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, administrative competence, and interpersonal skills.
