About the role

The Imperial New Delhi is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead daily housekeeping operations across a historic luxury property. You will be responsible for preserving the hotel’s heritage while delivering modern, high‑end guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping, laundry and flower‑room teams to maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with engineering and facilities to protect historic architecture while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Develop and implement sustainable cleaning protocols that respect the property’s heritage.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and staffing schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
