Executive Housekeeper

About the role

The Executive Housekeeper leads the Housekeeping department at Six Senses Fort Barwara, ensuring the resort delivers exceptional guest experiences in line with brand standards. You will oversee all aspects of room, public area, and laundry operations while collaborating closely with other hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all resort facilities, room types, layouts, and services.
• Support the Director of Operations in rejuvenating rooms, public areas, and laundry services.
• Administer housekeeping and laundry operations, guaranteeing a secure and comfortable environment for guests.
• Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices across the department.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Services, Reservations, and F&B to meet guest needs.
• Promote a cost‑focused culture through training and education.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, financial, safety, and security requirements.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least two years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Management and more than three years of relevant experience preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.
