Executive – Digital/Performance Marketing

About the role

The Executive – Digital/Performance Marketing will lead digital acquisition efforts for the India market at American Express. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage a third‑party team of customer‑care professionals and ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience for prospects across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 10‑15 third‑party Customer Care Professionals focused on digital acquisition.
• Own delivery of colleague, customer and shareholder metrics while meeting sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal business partners and ensure effective third‑party governance.
• Collaborate with Operations to understand the card approval process and partner with New Accounts to deliver a premium customer experience.
• Ensure compliance and control standards are upheld throughout all digital acquisition activities.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused, result‑oriented with strong relationship and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to make autonomous decisions under ambiguity.
• Proven people‑leading experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, rotational shifts and on‑site at premium locations.
