Executive Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Design Engineer to join Bosch Rexroth India in Sanand. You will play a strategic and functional role, supporting the Group Leader and providing product engineering expertise for global plants and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to the Group Leader, contributing to key initiatives and decision‑making.
• Propose comprehensive execution plans for projects, identify challenges, and drive timely completion.
• Analyze data to create systematic procedures, continuously improve processes, and ensure consistent performance.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.
• Deliver product engineering support for series business to worldwide plants and global sales.
• Create and maintain engineering documents (ECR), including BOM and material master data in SAP.
• Participate in design and development activities for drive and control solutions.

Required profile

• Dynamic professional with a strong background in product engineering.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence decision‑making.
• Experience in mentoring or leading technical teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation.
