Executive – CX & Learning & Development (Regional Trainer)

About the role

Chai Point is looking for an energetic Executive to lead CX and Learning & Development initiatives across its Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Ahmedabad and Indore stores. You will design and deliver engaging training programs that turn knowledge into performance, supporting new store openings and ongoing partner development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and on‑the‑job training for store partners, Brewing Bot teams and regional managers using the 4‑Step Training Method.
• Support new store launches, coach partners on speed of service, quality, and upselling, and work with managers to close skill gaps.
• Maintain training SOPs, perform audits and skill assessments to ensure consistent standards.
• Facilitate group sessions, one‑on‑one coaching and digital learning, creating an interactive environment.
• Track training completion, partner performance and feedback, sharing insights with the L&D team.
• Coordinate learning projects, manage the LMS for BVOC/DVOC programs, and liaise with partner universities.

Required profile

• Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration or HR.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, hospitality, retail or QSR operations.
• Strong communication, presentation and coaching abilities.
• Willingness to travel across the region and spend time in stores.
• Passionate about people development and customer‑obsessed.
