Executive - Customer Centricity

About the role

The Executive – Customer Centricity will drive a customer‑focused mindset across the organisation, using data and insights to improve service delivery and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Excel and PowerPoint dashboards to track performance metrics.
• Extract, analyse and report Salesforce data to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across geographies to ensure alignment on customer initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and dependencies, flagging issues to stakeholders promptly.
• Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to enhance business processes.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• High attention to detail and punctuality.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficient PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, especially reporting.
