About the role
Assist the Audit Manager in developing and executing the annual audit plan and lead day‑to‑day internal audit activities. Contribute to the Internal Audit function by identifying risks, evaluating controls, and providing value‑added advice to business partners.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with auditees to schedule audits, collect relevant documents, and prepare Audit Planning Memorandums.
- Perform risk‑based testing, evaluate process design, document control weaknesses, and propose practical recommendations.
- Prepare concise audit reports and presentations for senior management and audit committees.
- Support external auditors, track open audit issues, and assist in evolving the internal audit methodology.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or BAF.
- 0.5–2 years of experience in internal audit, finance, or related functions.
- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and business‑acumen skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, objectivity and effective communication.
