Executive Concrete Technologist

About the role

The Executive Concrete Technologist will work closely with clients and internal teams to tailor concrete admixture formulations that meet specific performance criteria. This role combines technical expertise with on‑site support to drive product adoption and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Customize admixture formulations at the site level to satisfy client performance requirements.
• Test formulated mixes against defined parameters and prepare finalized samples for client evaluation.
• Provide technical assistance before and after sales, including on‑site sampling and troubleshooting of admixture products.
• Develop long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, including site QA/QC personnel, to generate business.
• Collect and analyse competitor product samples to inform product improvements.
• Support marketing initiatives by conducting product trials and comparing APL product strength with market alternatives.
• Identify non‑APL stakeholders and convert them through product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Research & Technology for new product development based on market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven ability to customize and test concrete admixture formulations.
• Experience delivering technical support at construction sites.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with QA/QC and project teams.
• Capability to analyse competitor products and provide actionable insights.
