About the role

Join the pre‑opening team at Fairmont Udaipur Palace as an Executive Butler, delivering personalized, anticipatory service to discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized, anticipatory service and promptly attend to guest requests with meticulous attention to detail.
• Offer bespoke Butler services such as unpacking/packing, garment pressing, and customized room set‑up.
• Arrange dining reservations, transportation, and special requests according to guest preferences.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure seamless fulfillment of guest needs.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas, monitoring and replenishing in‑room amenities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a cohesive guest experience and assist in training new team members on Butler standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Impeccable grooming, professional appearance, and excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an asset.
• Strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to work efficiently and calmly in a fast‑paced setting.
