About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within its Wealth Management division. This full‑time position is based in Powai, Mumbai and offers an opportunity to work in a fast‑paced financial environment.

Key responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior executives.
Prepare and edit business documents, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle email correspondence and ensure timely follow‑up.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines while supporting day‑to‑day administrative operations.

Required profile

3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
Graduate degree in any discipline.
Professional, well‑groomed, dependable, and mature demeanor.
Ability to work independently and maintain discretion.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Excel.
Proficiency in MS Word.
Effective email management.
