Executive Assistant to Managing Director (Jaipur)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of Sayarmal Infra Metals in Jaipur. The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, allowing the MD to focus on strategic growth and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and document meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MOMs) and track action items.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and communications, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Liaise with banks, chartered accountants, vendors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
• Monitor renewal dates, documentation, and compliance deadlines to avoid lapses.
• Process authorized petty payments, manage petty cash, and coordinate related account activities.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports, records, and important documents.
• Assist with personal or household administrative tasks when delegated.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, or Office Coordinator.
• Strong follow‑up, coordination, and documentation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professional discipline.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Experience with MIS (Management Information System) tools.
