Executive Assistant to Managing Director (Chennai)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment in Chennai. The role is office‑based, working six days a week from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers a competitive package of 4.5‑5 Lacs per annum.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with high accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidential files, track action items, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Assist in organizing events, board meetings, and executive briefings.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Coordinator or similar role.
• Prior exposure to supporting MD, CEO, CFO, COO or senior directors is preferred.
• Experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong business writing skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
