Executive Assistant to Director

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our Director in a fast‑growing logistics company. The role involves managing schedules, communications and documentation to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on the Director's behalf.
• Prepare reports, MIS, presentations, and meeting notes.
• Track follow‑ups, deadlines, and pending tasks, ensuring timely closure.
• Maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
• Support vendor, client, and government or regulatory liaison as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDBA preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretary to senior management.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication, written and spoken.
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
