Executive Assistant to CEO – Domestic Textiles Business

About the role

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO of a domestic textiles business, providing proactive support to translate the CEO’s vision into actionable plans. This role combines strategic analysis, performance tracking, and high‑level coordination across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CEO in business performance reviews, budgeting, and financial feasibility analyses for new capital proposals.
• Coordinate and drive BH Officer, BRC, PNB, UH/SBU Head, monthly CEO reviews and board meetings.
• Track daily key value drivers (KVDs) to meet top‑line and bottom‑line targets.
• Conduct competitor analysis including SWOT, market segmentation and financial performance.
• Collate action points from ExCom, follow up on the DT 2.0 transformation project and Apex Committee initiatives.
• Standardize marketing MIS formats and facilitate timely marketing reviews.
• Assist the CEO with CII activities, sustainability agenda, and periodic strategic business reviews.
• Manage external communications with industry bodies, academia and support the strategy & new projects team.
• Engage with key stakeholders across three distinct businesses to drive growth plans and ensure project execution within approved budgets and timelines.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to support senior leadership in a complex, multi‑business environment.
• Strong analytical capability to collect, analyze data and develop scenario‑based insights.
• Excellent coordination skills for managing multiple reviews, meetings and stakeholder groups.
• Experience handling confidential information and acting on behalf of the CEO in decision‑making contexts.
• Ability to drive follow‑up on strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution.
