Executive / Assistant Manager – Production & Process Engineer

About the role

Bosch Rexroth India is seeking an Executive / Assistant Manager to lead production and process engineering activities at its Sanand facility. The role focuses on driving productivity, reducing rework, and ensuring high quality through lean methodologies and robust process controls.

Key responsibilities

• Drive productivity and reduce rework using Lean tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process control standards.
• Conduct time‑and‑motion studies and cycle‑time analysis.
• Implement PFMEA, control plans, and risk‑mitigation actions.
• Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics.
• Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on project timelines.
• Allocate manpower and resources to meet production targets.
• Participate in QHSE activities, internal and external audits.
• Coordinate BPS activities and drive RPP projects.

Required profile

• BE or B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering from a reputed institute.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with PFMEA, control plans, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to conduct time‑and‑motion studies and analyze cycle times.
• Good knowledge of ISO standards and QHSE requirements.
