Executive / Assistant Manager – Finance & Controlling

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Executive / Assistant Manager to lead Finance & Controlling activities for Bosch Rexroth India. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate budgets, forecasts and management reports.
• Support business stakeholders with financial analysis and decision‑making.
• Maintain and improve controlling processes, ensuring data accuracy.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout or migration projects.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and visualisations to monitor performance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting or FP&A.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid financial acumen.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
