Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management in Surat. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain minutes of meetings, reports, and other important documentation.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Handle official correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of senior management.
• Assist with administrative, operational, and community‑related activities as assigned.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Maintain confidential records and documents with accuracy.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prepare professional reports and minutes of meetings.
• Driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
