Executive Assistant

About the role

RISA Labs, a fast‑growing AI healthcare startup, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Field Marketing & Customer Advocacy Lead. This remote‑first position will serve as the operational backbone for global events and customer programs, helping clinicians focus on patients by streamlining complex administrative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage travel, logistics and calendar coordination for executives across multiple time zones.
• Organise customer dinners, executive meetings, conference booths, branded merchandise and event materials.
• Research, negotiate and maintain relationships with vendors, hotels, restaurants and venues.
• Track event budgets, process invoices and monitor expenses.
• Support post‑event reporting, operational analysis and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI productivity tools to enhance planning, documentation and efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, Operations Coordinator or similar role.
• Proven ability to support senior leadership or global stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, stakeholder‑management and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required skills

• Experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or Claude.
