Excavator Operator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Excavator Operator to join our construction team in Kalyan. The successful candidate will operate excavators and related heavy machinery safely and efficiently on a variety of earth‑moving and site‑preparation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate excavators and associated equipment for digging, trenching, grading and material handling.
• Interpret site plans and supervisor instructions to position equipment accurately.
• Conduct pre‑start checks, monitor performance, and report any mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and crew to maintain productivity and adhere to safety and environmental standards.
• Assist with site housekeeping, loading and unloading activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating excavators or similar heavy equipment on construction or infrastructure sites.
• Valid heavy‑equipment/operator certification as required by local regulations.
• Ability to work in diverse weather and site conditions.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety practices and PPE usage.
