Exam-focused Nursing Instructor

About the role

Nursing Medha is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to deliver exam‑oriented teaching for competitive Indian nursing exams such as AIIMS NORCET, ESIC and RRB Staff Nurse. The role is full‑time and based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, requiring classroom delivery and occasional workshop sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lectures aligned with the latest exam patterns.
• Create and update curriculum content, practice questions and mock tests.
• Provide clarification on complex nursing and clinical concepts.
• Mentor learners, track their progress and give constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve course materials and teaching methods.

Required profile

• Recognized nursing qualification (B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing) with valid registration to the appropriate nursing council.
• Strong foundation in nursing education and ability to explain concepts clearly for competitive exams.
• Experience in teaching, coaching or training in nursing or healthcare education, preferably in exam‑preparation settings.
• Commitment to learner success, patience and a student‑centered approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital learning tools or platforms for delivering instruction.
