About the role
We are seeking an experienced Europe Recruiter to join our Bangalore team, focusing on IT hiring and staffing for European markets. The role involves sourcing, screening and placing both contract and permanent candidates across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Drive European IT recruitment initiatives for both contract and permanent positions.
- Source and screen international candidates using advanced search techniques.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple European countries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Europe or international recruitment, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong knowledge of EU recruitment processes and ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS) for talent sourcing.
- Experience using X‑Ray search techniques to locate passive candidates.
