Estimation Engineer – Interior Projects

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Estimation Engineer to support interior fit‑out projects in Pune. The ideal candidate will combine strong AutoCAD knowledge with excellent mathematical abilities to produce accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and material calculations.

Key responsibilities

• Study architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for interior fit‑out projects.
• Perform material quantity take‑offs and calculations based on project drawings.
• Analyze project requirements to estimate labor, material, and other costs.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for pricing and cost validation.
• Maintain estimation records and ensure timely submission of quotations.
• Support project planning by providing accurate cost and quantity information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in estimation, quantity surveying, or cost estimation (freshers with relevant skills may also apply).
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and strong understanding of interior fit‑out projects.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cost calculation methods.
