Estimation Engineer – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

Skyline Infraworld Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to lead pre‑tender and post‑tender estimation activities for architectural, building, construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves detailed quantity take‑offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation and commercial analysis to support successful tendering.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs and quantity take‑offs from architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Conduct pre‑tender activities including rate analysis, abstract estimates and identification of scope gaps.
• Analyse contractor quotations, prepare comparative statements and support rate negotiations.
• Review revised estimates, assess cost impact of design changes and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers and contractors to clarify quantities and specifications.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–7 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying, preferably in architecture, construction or infrastructure firms.
• Hands‑on experience with building, institutional or large‑scale government projects.
