Estimation & Billing Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

Inside Planners & Infrastructure LLP is seeking a detail‑oriented Estimation & Billing Engineer to support its construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves preparing cost estimates, quantity take‑offs, BOQs and handling client and contractor billing while monitoring project costs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs), quantity take‑offs, cost estimates, rate analyses and site measurements.
• Generate and verify client, contractor, RA, final and vendor invoices.
• Conduct site measurements and track quantities, project costs, variations and additional works.
• Prepare variation and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, architects, contractors, vendors and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of measurements, bills, drawings, work orders and costing.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction estimation, billing and quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of BOQ preparation, rate analysis and measurement techniques.
• Familiarity with construction materials and execution processes.
