Equipment Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our industrial team. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of plant equipment through on‑site fault analysis, preventive maintenance, and asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site equipment fault analysis and repair support, implementing measures to prevent recurring failures.
• Prepare and execute preventive maintenance plans and emergency‑response procedures, then verify their effectiveness.
• Conduct equipment accuracy inspections, analyze issues, and develop corrective action plans.
• Analyze, track, and submit spare‑parts requirements while reporting equipment management concerns.
• Support equipment asset management, maintain accurate records, manage idle equipment, and perform classification assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance or repair; experience in equipment management or improvement projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with standard equipment‑maintenance processes and preventive‑maintenance practices.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
