EP DRP Lead

About the role

The EP DRP Lead will own the demand‑review‑planning processes for the region, ensuring product availability and business continuity. This role works closely with supply chain, operations and global partners to manage inventory health and support strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure business plans are supported with timely product availability to meet customer demand.
• Manage supply disruptions and demand surges to maintain business continuity.
• Oversee inventory health, including slow‑moving and obsolete stock, across the franchise.
• Plan 12‑24 month strategic and capacity forecasts for manufacturing.
• Deploy inventory from RDC to countries using demand management rules and allocations.
• Maintain planning parameters for optimal inventory levels in RDC and country DCs.
• Lead STEM discussions with country and global partners to mitigate business impact.
• Collect, analyse, consolidate and report supply chain data to improve OTIF, reduce backorders and manage inventory targets.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and business intelligence capabilities.
• Proven experience in demand planning, inventory optimisation and supply chain continuity.
