EOP Global Solution Architect

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s Digital & Technology team as a key technical leader responsible for designing, securing, and integrating the o9 Enterprise Operations Planning (EOP) platform across the global supply chain. You will ensure seamless integration with SAP and non‑SAP applications to enable world‑class planning for multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and govern the end‑to‑end o9 EOP solution architecture in line with enterprise standards.
• Lead integrations between o9 and SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, as well as TPM and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Define and enforce security architecture, data governance, and role‑based access controls.
• Evaluate hosting options (self‑hosted vs. o9‑managed cloud) for NALA, MEU, and AMEA regions.
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and cross‑functional teams to optimize performance, minimize downtime, and improve batch/FTB job scheduling.
• Provide technical leadership during design reviews, architecture governance, and go‑live readiness.
• Maintain architecture blueprints, integration specifications, and technical documentation.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and resolve complex platform issues.
• Stay current with o9 innovations, including Agentic AI, and assess their applicability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution architecture for enterprise planning platforms (preferably o9, SAP IBP or similar).
• Deep expertise in SAP integration architecture (S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA) and non‑SAP integrations such as TPM and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, data governance, and role‑based security.
• Ability to evaluate cloud hosting strategies and work with DevOps teams.
