Entitlement Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Entitlement Analyst to join our India team, supporting global sales with content authorization requests and delivering superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process Content Authorization requests submitted by sales teams following SOPs.
• Collaborate with sales teams and broker partners to gather required information.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Track the progress of submitted requests and maintain transparent communication in the CRM.
• Focus on improving customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and quality services.
• Suggest process and system enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with experience supporting customers via ticketing systems, email, chat or phone.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to provide comprehensive updates to sales teams and resolve complaints.
• Experience delivering training sessions to new employees.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player who builds strong cross‑group relationships.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools (plus).
