Enterprise Sales Representative – Hyderabad

About the role

We are seeking energetic B2B sales professionals to build our enterprise business in Hyderabad. This field‑oriented role focuses on identifying large organisations, engaging decision‑makers across Admin, HR, Procurement, Facilities and Travel teams, and converting opportunities into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect large enterprises within Hyderabad.
• Build relationships with Admin, HR, Procurement, Facilities and Travel teams.
• Generate leads through outbound calling, networking, references and field visits.
• Understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct client meetings and property visits to present company solutions.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Supply teams to fulfil client needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and consistently follow up on opportunities.
• Own revenue targets and drive conversion.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting and field sales.
• High ownership, sales orientation and ability to follow through.
• Capability to engage senior stakeholders and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Telugu speaking is an advantage for Hyderabad‑based candidates.
• Relevant experience in real‑estate, hospitality, commercial leasing, facility management, or other B2B sales roles involving admin, procurement, HR or facilities teams.
