Enterprise Sales Executive - B2B SaaS

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing B2B SaaS company, Runo. You will own outbound prospecting, engage CXO‑level decision‑makers and turn conversations into qualified demos.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls and reach out via email/WhatsApp to potential clients.
• Engage with CXO‑level stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Identify customer needs and effectively pitch Runo’s solution.
• Qualify leads and schedule product demos.
• Gradually take ownership of conducting product demos for prospects.
• Provide product training and onboarding support to clients post‑conversion.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Track all activities in CRM and meet weekly/monthly targets.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
• Confidence in speaking with prospects and handling objections.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and proactive mindset.
• Strong interest in SaaS / tech sales.
