Enterprise Change & Insights Manager (Senior Program Manager)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mastercard as an Enterprise Change & Insights Manager. Working in a SAFe Agile environment, the role enables and delivers value efficiently and sustainably, focusing on agile ways of working, continuous improvement, and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of change initiatives using agile methodologies.
• Analyse delivery data, stakeholder feedback and performance indicators to identify trends, risks and opportunities for AI‑enabled automation.
• Translate analysis into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for decision‑making.
• Prepare and maintain change documentation, dashboards, reports and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate reviews, testing, documentation and implementation activities, including user acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in change management or large‑scale transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience in data visualisation and insight generation.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Power BI for data visualisation.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Word.
• Jira or similar agile project tools.
• Microsoft 365 collaboration suite.
