Enterprise Account Executive – BFSI (Banking & Finance)

About the role

Anthropic is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to lead AI adoption across India’s banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector. You will build the company’s presence from the ground up, securing transformative deals with banks, NBFCs, insurers and fintechs, and positioning Claude as a safe, reliable AI partner for digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Establish Anthropic’s enterprise presence across public and private sector banks, NBFCs, insurers, asset managers and fintechs.
• Develop BFSI‑specific strategies that address RBI, IRDAI and SEBI regulations, data localisation and compliance.
• Build relationships with CXOs, risk and compliance officers, and digital transformation leaders.
• Own end‑to‑end sales cycles for complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Collaborate with system integrators and consulting partners influencing technology decisions.
• Co‑innovate use cases such as fraud detection, credit underwriting and automated compliance reporting.

Required profile

• 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in India, preferably within the BFSI sector.
• Proven track record of closing large, complex technology deals (AI/ML, cloud, digital transformation).
• Deep understanding of Indian financial regulations (RBI, IRDAI, SEBI) and data‑protection requirements.
• Established relationships with senior executives at banks, NBFCs, insurers or fintechs.
• Consultative selling expertise with ability to position AI as a strategic business driver.
